At Ba Ri Tailor a linen dress cost £70 and a linen two-piece set about US$80, and at The Vy white trousers plus a maxi linen set came to 4,000,000 VND (about US$163). Linen suits cost more: at Be Be Tailor 2 two linen suits came to A$660, about A$330 each.

The complaints that matter here are about the fabric itself. A 1-star review at THANH Design alleges linen was swapped for synthetic fabric on a large order, and one at Blue Chic Tailor Hoi An says linen was requested and a cotton-viscose blend arrived. At Ba Ri Tailor one reviewer saw early pilling on linen. Ask to see the roll the shop will cut from, and have the fabric written on your order.
