Replies usually take a few days. Messages in English, Spanish or Vietnamese are fine.
If a profile has a wrong phone number or address, if a shop has closed or moved, or if a tailor you used isn't listed, send the shop's name and its Google Maps link. Fixes go out with the next update.
Customer photos and quoted reviews come from public Google and TripAdvisor reviews. If you're the author and want yours taken off this site, send the shop's name and the review or photo in question. It's removed without discussion.
Profiles are built from what your customers wrote, and nothing on them is for sale. You can send updated hours, a new address or a phone number, and they'll be corrected. Critical notes drawn from reviews are not removed on request.
