24 tailors in this directory have a reported price of US$300 or more for one suit, 17 of them in Saigon. The middle figure is US$360, and 19 of the 24 ship finished clothes abroad.

These shops are grouped by what reviewers reported paying for one suit, and all 24 had a figure of US$300 or more. Most are in Saigon. At V.Man Tailor the price follows the cloth and the construction: a suit in 70% wool with a half-canvas construction costs about 9 million VND (roughly US$360), against about 6 million VND for one in 30% wool with a fused construction. Its branch on Lê Lai works with cloth from mills such as Loro Piana, Scabal and Holland & Sherry, and one reviewer there paid US$800.
At the top of the range, a three-piece at Kim Bespoke costs around $820, and a normal order takes three to four weeks or more. Binh Tailor is quicker: most suits take three to five days with two fittings and cost from $300 to $700-750, and reviewers say the salesman shows fabrics across price ranges without pushing the dearest.
The Hoi An shops in this group are quicker. Kimmy Tailor stocks wool up to Italian VBC Super 110s and Canonico Super 120s, shows prices upfront and charges around US$380 for a two-piece wool suit, while a three-piece at A Dong Silk costs around US$350-400, usually in 24 to 48 hours. In Hanoi, a 100% wool suit at Ngo Minh Tailor costs about $300.
Paying more does not remove the risks. At Ngo Minh, one 1-star review describes a suit quoted at CA$549 and a card charged CA$2,184 over several transactions, so check every card slip. At Tricia & Verona in Saigon, at least 20 reviews describe full payment taken upfront for orders to be shipped after the customer left Vietnam, followed by no delivery. A 2-star review at one DUAN Tailor branch reports a fabric price that rose after the quote and an 8% card surcharge not mentioned in advance. If an order is going to be shipped, pay a deposit rather than the full amount.

At the premium end, reviewers paid about US$360 for a half-canvas 70% wool suit at V.Man Tailor, $300 to $700-750 at Binh Tailor and around $820 for a three-piece at Kim Bespoke.
It varies a lot. A Dong Silk and Kimmy Tailor in Hoi An usually finish in 24 to 48 hours, Binh Tailor in Saigon takes three to five days, and a normal order at Kim Bespoke takes three to four weeks or more.
Most do: 19 of the 24 in this list ship internationally, and A Dong Silk routinely ships to customers abroad. At Tricia & Verona, at least 20 reviews describe paid orders that were never delivered, so avoid paying in full for a shipped order.
