An independent directory of tailor shops in Vietnam, built for travelers who want clothes made while they're here. 426 shops across 13 cities, each with its own profile.
Every profile starts with the shop's public listing on Google Maps (address, phone, hours, rating, review count) and the text of the reviews travelers have left there, plus TripAdvisor where the shop has a page. Those reviews are read in full and condensed into the sections you see on each page. Prices customers said they paid, delivery times, number of fittings, whether the shop delivers to hotels or ships abroad, and any complaint that comes up more than once.
Nothing on a profile is written from a shop's own marketing. When reviews don't cover something, the section is left out rather than filled in.
No shop pays to be listed, to be ranked higher, or to have a critical note removed. Profiles are ordered by review count and rating, and the "Before you visit" notes stay on the page.
The site is free to use and is paid for by advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads appear in marked spaces and never decide which shops are listed, how they are ordered or what their profiles say. There are no affiliate links. How advertising uses cookies is explained on the privacy page.
Tailors in Vietnam is a small independent project with no ties to any of the shops listed. Profiles are written by reading what customers wrote about each shop, and every profile shows when it was last updated. For corrections or questions, write to janusaimaagency@gmail.com.
Some profiles show photos that customers posted publicly with their Google or TripAdvisor reviews. They are shown with the reviewer's first name and date so you can judge real results rather than showroom shots. They remain the property of the people who took them. If one is yours and you'd rather it wasn't here, write to janusaimaagency@gmail.com and it comes down.
Reviews are re-read and profiles updated in batches, and new shops are added as their reviews are collected. Ratings and review counts are those shown by Google at the time of the last update, so they can lag the live listing by a few weeks.
